In A Christmas Dream, the orphan, Jecca and her newfound Great Dane companion, Malaya, roam the town to discover what Christmas and the holiday spirit is all about.
Author, Jessica Bitner, is a multifaceted screenwriter, actor, poet, lyricist, author and realtor. Growing up under hard conditions inspired Jessica to write the- at first poem, A Christmas Dream. Having such a vivid imagination, she saw flashes on images with every sentence in the poem she wrote, which became the beautiful story of an orphan and her Great Dane in A Christmas Dream. Jessica lost her Great Dane in January 2020 which prompted the decision to not only donate a percentage of the profits to Children’s shelters but to PAWS of Austin Great Dane Rescue.

There are countless research studies and supporting statistics that highlight the many benefits that come from strong parent-child bonds. What isn’t always recognized, however, is the positive impact that a close relationship between a grandparent and grandchild can have on the happiness and wellbeing of the entire family.
